Michigan had the 6th-highest value of exports (scaled by GDP) in 2015 in total goods as well as strictly manufactured goods. The level of exports from Michigan exceeded the “Top Ten” average and those of all “Top Ten” states except Texas and Washington. Michigan was only second to Texas among its peer states in terms of the value of both all goods and manufactured goods.
